Phil has over 30 years’ experience in the local authority and voluntary sectors developing play opportunities for children and young people in a wide range of settings. Phil has extensive experience of community engagement and involvement on public play spaces. He has practical experience of initiating and project managing the development and design of play spaces and has a real understanding of the maintenance implications of designed schemes.
